Happy Saturday. For today’s Suck Fest we have a long EMOM. We’re doing 60 minutes of work, alternating exercises every 2 minutes for a total of 6 rounds. Like for all our long pieces, focus on a smooth and consistent efforts so that you don’t burn out too soon.
