Functional Fitness

Active recovery day. You guys know the drill. Hit your mobility work, recovery work, and myofascial release work. Get a good night's rest tonight and get after the next couple training days this week. We've got some pool work back on the schedule this week. Nothing crazy, but just something to work on getting comfortable in the water and moving. Shoot for about a 70% effort. Feel free to use uniform/boots if you want to be hard.
