Happy Monday. We're on to our test week of our wave cycle. Work up to a heavy single to test out a new max. Do additional pieces if you're feeling well. We're working up to heavy singles all week, so make sure you tailor your training accordingly. Have a great week, and hopefully we can see some new PR's.
