Happy Monday Crew. Back at it for another week of training. Good luck if you’re re-doing 20.3. If you’re one and done, get after today’s training. Only 2 more weeks left in the open. We know we’re still going to see row, thrusters, muscle-ups, and some form of pull-ups, so we’re going to continue to concentrate on these movements.
