Happy Monday. It’s the last week of the Open, so one more week of training and we’ll hit a deload week and move into our off season training. If you’re repeating 20.5 today, good luck. For the rest, we’ve got a regular training day. For the back squats, work up to a moderately heavy single, but not maximal. Keep pushing. Last week of the Open.
