A couple good pieces to choose from today between the metcons and conditioning piece. For the first metcon, focus on developing a pace that you can chip away at for 12 minutes. The reps will add up fast, so stay at a sustainable pace. The second metcon isn’t super heavy, but it’ll require you to stay disciplined on your transitions and rep pacing.
