Today’s Suck Fest is pretty much a DB suck fest. RX calls for a pair of 50/35’s DB’s, so if you don’t have a pair available, you can scale down by utilizing one DB/KB. Also, don’t forget running a 200m every 5 minutes. Have fun.

21 alternating DB snatches (total)
28 single arm DB overhead lunges (total)
35 DB front rack squats (50/35's)

Every 5:00, including 0:00, run 200m
