Today’s suck fest is a hard partner chipper. Split the reps as needed. The squat clean thruster is as described. For the burpee box step over, you’ll do a burpee on the sandbag, then pick it up and step over the box. For the weighted pullups, hold the bag however you can. If you’re riding solo, split the reps in half.
