For the conditioning piece today, shoot for repeatable times. You should pace at your 2k pace + 5ish seconds. The interval piece is also a good one. Each interval will get progressively harder. As a result, your reps will progressively drop, so take advantage of the rest periods.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
