We’ve got a long conditioning piece today on today’s programming. Instead of an active recovery piece, we’re going to be doing a long, aerobic conditioning piece. Even though it’s “For time”, keep in mind the total volume that you’ll be doing - anticipate the piece taking about 50-60 minutes so tailor your pacing for the time domain.
