Today’s Suck Fest might suck a little differently from other ones that we’ve done. It’s a 90 min max distance run/ruck, depending on how you’re feeling. During the run/ruck, you must be unplugged - no headphones and no GPS pacing. You can run them to track your distance, but you can’t check them during. As a result, go for either a 45 min out and back run, or design a loop so that you can move for 90 minutes consecutively. Practice some mindfulness and awareness and check on how your body is feeling throughout.
