Week 3 of quarantine training. With no end in sight until at least the end of the month, we’ve got another 3-4 weeks of this programming. As you guys have probably noticed, we’re doing a lot more conditioning work, since we aren’t able to do as much lifting. As a result, expect to have a much better engine at the end of quarantine. Get after it.
