Today’s Suck Fest pretty much gives you the option of doing this workout anywhere. If you’re doing it indoors, do 600 total lunges instead (should be about the same as 800m depending on your stride length). Next week we’re going to add some more weighted movements as we all start to expand our home gym inventory (no barbells but more KB/DB/wallball/sandbag movements).

Wearing 20/14 vest or backpack
800m walking lunge (600 total lunges)
Every 2 minutes, including 0:00
15 pushups
20 jump lunges (total)
