Functional Fitness

Today’s metcon will be as tough mentally as physically. You’ll be going until failure (until you can’t finish the work each round). The first several rounds shouldn’t take long relatively, but you should still approach it with some intensity and hit them quickly. You can go overhead however you want after the squat clean - you can do a thruster, push press, push jerk, jerk, etc, just get the weight overhead.

Every 4 minutes until failure
200m run

Increased by 20/10 per round
