And here’s the final workout(s) of the 2021 CrossFit open. The first workout is all about the bar. The barbell movements in 21.3 shouldn’t tax you too much, so save energy for the bar movements. Have a strategy going into the workout.

21.4 is all about maintaining good technique while fatigued. Focus on staying tight and under control.

Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with:
