Functional Fitness

Well, it’s the last week of the Open. We’ll transition into an off season cycle next week. Expect it to consist of a base building cycle with some hypertrophy work, similar to the off season cycle we ran last year. As far as this week, we can reliably expect to see a barbell and some type of pull up/bar movement since we haven’t the last two weeks. So, we’ll be emphasizing those movements Mon/Tues/Wed with our standard active recovery day on Thursday. One last push this week.
