Today’s Suck Fest is a bit of a doozy. You’ll accumulate 1000 cals on the AAB between you and your partner. One partner will be biking constantly while the other completes the triplet. Switch after each round. If you’re doing the workout on your own, drop the cals down to 500 and work/bike 1:1.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D.
