Functional Fitness

Happy Monday. We’re onto week 5 of our quarantine programming. Based on how things are looking, we can hopefully start transitioning back to normal programming next month. Today is more of the same leg day training. We’re hitting a Tabata air squat piece for our first exercise of the day, this is intentional. The intent is to “pre-exhaust” the legs.

Also happy 4/20 for those that partake.

A2. Goblet rear lunge 4x30 (total)

B. Metcon

For time:
100 leg blasters (1 leg blaster = squat jump + 2 jump lunges)
Every 2:00 including 0:00, 100m shuttle run (25m lengths)

C. Conditioning

Row 4x10 min, light row recovery 2:00 between
