A little different Saturday session from our usual mini-suck fests. It’s essentially another training day. Finish the week out strong and enjoy the rest day tomorrow. We’ll do a pretty thorough deload early in the week.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
