We’ll be hitting snatch singles for our oly piece today, work up to a heavy single. Both of the metcons today involve high turnover speed movements. These workouts help you to learn pacing and transition speed. Practice figuring how sustainable paces for certain movements and how to control your breath/heart rate. We’ll still be doing standard conditioning work as the old adage goes, “engines win championships.” Keep pushing.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
