Functional Fitness

For the strength portion, do RDL’s with whatever you have available - bands, KB, DB, sandbag, etc. Same with thrusters - use some type of weight for them or sub 20 vested/weighted jump squats instead. Keep getting after it. We can at least work on our engine.
