FGB today, have fun. Hopefully you guys are enjoying the change in pace for this last week. I’m definitely having fun programming it because it’s something that I’ve never done before, so I’m glad we’re all learning together through this.

20 single arm kneeling press (ea arm)
20 banded pushups
20 banded push downs
B. Conditioning
3 rounds, rest 5:00 between rounds
Run 200m, 400m, 200m, 800m rest 1:00 between
C. Metcon
FGB Style
3 rounds for max reps:
1 min thrusters
1 min KB swing
1 min jump squat
1 min single arm push press (switch as needed)
1 min jump lunges
1 min rest
