We’ve got a long interval piece today. You’ll be doing a round every 5 minutes (E5MOM). Each round will start off with a 500m row/ski or 400m run into one exercise that will alternate each round. Watch your pacing as you’re going to be doing a lot of work.

60 min E5MOM (12 rounds)
Row/ski 500m (Run 400m)

25 pushups
25 goblet squats
25 KB swing
