For the strength piece today, hit 10 touch and go deadlifts at a moderate weight, roughly 60-70% of your 1RM. The metcon is meant to be done every 5 minutes until failure. You should ideally be able to hit 4+ rounds.
A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
