A couple good pieces to choose from for today’s training. Take your pick and get after it. Try to maximize unbroken reps on the first metcon. The second metcon is going to be all about pacing. All movements are slow cycling movements, so you’ll have time to rest between reps, so stay consistent on pacing.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
