A lot of these workouts have a purpose, usually to help you guys find out your own capabilities in terms of pacing when it comes to a lot of these workouts. For example, today’s metcon is a great test of your ability to develop and execute a workout strategy. Take advantage of these opportunities as it’ll pay off in the open.
