We’re back for another week of training. Nothing crazy for today’s programming. For the interval piece, start each round with a 200m run and then go into an AMRAP of the movements. Reset each round after the 200m runs.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
