Memorial Day. Take the time out to honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. It doesn’t have to be a grueling workout; as long as you take a minute and remember them, their life will live on through you. For Murph today, feel free to tackle it however you like. RX, in my mind, will always be unpartioned (complete each movement before moving onto the next).
