Happy Tuesday. Last minicycle of triples on oly. We’ll move into doubles with the next minicycle. Pretty straightforward workouts for today’s training. Shoot for repeatable intervals for the 2k’s. Push the pace on interval piece and try to hit each movement as unbroken as possible. Pace yourself on the gymnastics piece - the workout doesn’t start until about the round of 10.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
