It’s the first Suck Fest of the new year and the new decade. It’s a partner workout with a slight twist, both of you will be working simultaneously. Since it’s for time, you might end up doing more reps than your partner on some movements and less on others, but such is life. If you are rocking it solo, split the reps in half. But seriously, find a solid training partner.
