Grab a buddy for today’s suck fest. One person works at a time while the other person runs. Switch when your partner comes back from their run. If you aren’t able to find a partner, divide all reps in half and set a timer for every 5 minutes so that you run a 400 every 5 minutes. Have fun and keep moving.
