We’ve got a bunch of good options to choose from today between C/D/E. Hit the AAB hard for your intervals and use the remaining time to recover. For the metcon, the barbell gets heavier each round, but the barbell’s ironically probably going to be the easiest movement in this triplet. Keep moving on the sandbag cleans and devils press. For the interval piece, try and do each movement unbroken. If you’re not able to do them unbroken, scale the movement to make sure you’re hitting it unbroken.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
