Today’s Suck Fest is a modification of one of our previous ones. The key is to keep moving and keep your transition time low. It’s a lot of reps, but you really shouldn’t reach “failure” since you’re doing so many small sets. Use this workout to develop some of that mental fortitude and get used to being uncomfortable.
