For the conditioning piece, shoot for a 90%+ effort each interval. Your times will slowly drop as you get more fatigued and build up more lactate. Try and hold on for as long as you can. For the metcon piece, be careful of going out too hot. The reps will add up very quickly.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D based on perceived weakness.
