Happy Thanksgiving crew. Enjoy the food and rest today. If you want to do something active, get out for a walk/hike or do a deck of cards. For deck of cards, you’ll do the reps of whatever is the corresponding suit. J=11, Q=12, K=13, A=15. For the runs, 2-5=200m, 6-9=400m, and 10-A=800m.
