We typically do “The Regiment” for our test weeks, but since we tested it 8 weeks ago, we’ll switch it up for a different suck fest. Feel free to use DB’s or KB’s for the farmer’s carry. It’ll be easier if you do it on a track so you’re able to keep track of how far you’re going.
