For today’s Suck Fest, both partners will be working at the same time. While partner 1 runs 200m, partner 2 will do 5 wall walks, 10 DB manmakers, then AMRAP of burpee pullups. Both partners need to accumulate a total of 300 burpee pullups. As a result, be strategic on your runs - running too fast won’t allow your partner to accumulate a lot of burpee pullups.
