The two conditioning pieces today are similar but have drastically different feels. As with most ascending ladder workouts, don’t go out too hard on the first couple rounds. The real workout doesn’t start until 3-4 rounds in. On the interval piece, feel free to push the pace a little and see how long you can hold on. Enjoy the weekend.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.

D. Interval

5 rounds, rest 2:00 between (~3-4 min/rd)
6 squat clean (225/165)
12 bar facing burpees
18 pullups

E. Gymnastics

HSPU 8x8 unbroken
Rest as needed between sets for unbroken sets
