Get after today’s training and enjoy the active recovery day tomorrow. Choose a challenging weight on the snatch complex - keep in mind that you’re essentially doing 3 snatches per rep, so 6 snatches a set. Then on the work capacity piece, try and use the same kettlebell for all exercises.
