Functional Fitness

A little longer EMOM today, but it’s every 2 minutes. As a result, you’ll be doing 6 rounds of the exercises. Feel free to scale up or down the movements/reps depending on how you feel.

A. Conditioning

60 min E2MOM (30 rounds, alternating)
10 DB/KB turkish get ups (ea side)
200m run
10 single arm KB/DB thruster (ea side) + 20 air squats
200m run
100 DU + 10 pullups
