The open workouts this year have been pretty unoriginal. Based on the last 2 weeks, we can reasonably expect to see some amalgamation of double unders, thrusters, bar gymnastics (pullups, muscle ups, t2b), or ring muscle ups, so we’ll focus on these movements this week.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D based on perceived weakness.
