The metcon today is a smash up of a couple different combos of previous open workouts. As a result, there’s a high probability of seeing some type of combination of these movements. Since they’re relatively short AMRAPs, work on your pacing and keeping your intensity up. Try and beat your score on the second round when comparing to the first round.
