21.2 is a repeat of 17.1. This workout is pretty much just pure work and rep efficiency. Figure out a steady, repeatable strategy for your DB snatches whether you’re switching hands overhead, coming down, or on the ground. Maintain a steady pace on the burpee box jump overs and try and minimize transition time between exercises.
