Not going to lie, today’s Suck Fest is really sucky. There are only 4 movements but they are very taxing movements. For the burpee pull-ups, make sure your pull-up bar is at least 6” from you. Don’t try and do a burpee pull-up on a low bar. Split reps as needed with your partner, or half everything if you’re doing it solo (good luck).

With a partner wearing vest (20/14), split reps as needed
100 burpee box jump over (24/20)
100 devils press (50/35)
100 burpee pull-ups
100 DB box step overs (50/35 over a 24/20 box)

DB floor press 3x8
Banded bicep curl 3x20
Strict ring dip 3x12
D. Odd Object
Farmer carry 5x100' AHAP
