We’re onto Christmas and the holiday weeks. Hopefully you guys are still able to hit the gym, so get after this week’s training. For the strength piece, you have the choice of going the same weight across the board, or working up to a heavy set of 5. For the interval piece, experiment with pacing and see if you can hold onto unbroken sets. For the gymnastics piece, hit the squats fast so you can get some rest between sets.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
