Happy Valentine’s Day. You can either do the active recovery work, or grab a partner for our Valentine’s Day workout. All movements must be done unbroken - if one person breaks, partner has to immediately start the movement. Anything more than 5 secs pause will be a 10 burpee penalty at the end.

Valentine's Day

With a partner, wearing 20/14# vest.

All movements must be unbroken (as soon as one person breaks, partner must immediately start)

150 WB (20/14)
100 Deadlift (225/135)
50 DB Box step overs (24/20, 50/35)
