Active recovery day. Hop in the pool for a 45 min swim with some pushups and squats. The goal of our active recovery days is not to get a workout in. Rather, the goal is to get the body moving and blood flowing. Make sure you’re also doing some stretching and myofascial release as well. Get ready for 19.2 tomorrow
