Crew, thanks so much for the support. We’re always looking for ways to give back, so let us know if there are people or groups who need help. As far as programming this week, we’ll be doing a deload and then hitting our next cycle. We’ll run a 6 week hypertrophy/base building block and then a strength phase as part of our off season programming in prep for October’s open. So enjoy the deload week and get ready to hit the hypertrophy cycle hard.
