Rest day. We’ve got a swim for our active recovery piece today, but you can do anything - bike or hike/ruck. The goal is to get your body moving and blood flowing. Any method you choose is up to you. As far as us, get in the pool and work on your stroke. If fins are available, use them and focus on a good hip kick.
