Not going to lie, today’s suck fest is gonna suck. We’ve got a long distance bodyweight lunge with some pushups and burpees sprinkled in. There’s a 60 min cap, but if you push yourself, you shouldn’t have a problem meeting that cap. Everything else is our normal Saturday programming with our bi’s and tri’s. Enjoy the weekend.
